Tentoe's board of directors is responsible for management and oversight of the business and affairs of the corporation.

Mike Bateman
Mike Bateman has more than 40 years of experience in senior management roles in high-technology companies. Most recently he served as chairman of Blue Pumpkin, a leading workforce optimization software provider. Previously, Bateman was Vice President of Corporate Development at Tandem Computers. For more than 20 years, he filled key executive positions at Tandem, including Vice President of third-party marketing, and Vice President and General Manager of Tandem's Central Division. Bateman was President of international Data Sciences Corporation, and performed management duties for Arthur Andersen & Co. He is Chairman of Boniva, eBoomerang, and Metrics Corporation, and on the board of directors of Vocent and the Silicon Valley chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Rick Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer

Rick's 30 year track record of success in the retail market includes launching the Compaq Presario brand into consumer retail channels, where he developed the consumer line which became a $100 million business in its first year. In addition to his success at Compaq, Rick also held key executive roles with BusinessLand, Gap Inc. and Sears. He recently served as Chairman of Positive Communications, a nationwide wireless messaging company where he guided the company to record revenue growth and profitability. Under his guidance, Positive Communications transformed into a diversified $50M wireless messaging company with more than 300,000 subscribers, and dozens of high profile consumer-facing business clients.

Stephen Gold
Stephen has an extensive background in manufacturing and software development and has held senior positions in general management, sales, and marketing for both successful start-ups as well as large global corporations. He is currently the CEO of Azerity, a leading software developer in the price and channel management arena. Previously, Stephen was Vice President of Digital Market, a supply chain software vendor (acquired by Agile). At Reptron, were he was Vice President of Marketing, Stephen was instrumental in taking the company public. At Packard-Bell/Cal-Abco he launched two new business units and held both the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing titles. He was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by both the Pennsylvania SBA and Carnegie-Mellon University. Stephen has been a featured speaker at Dataquest, Gartner, BusinessWeek, Internet Commerce Expo (ICE), Electronics Distribution Show (EDS), Electronics Industry Association (EIA), EIDX, Institute for International Research, and various Universities. He currently serves on several private and non-profit Boards as well as an advisor to various start-ups. Stephen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Dominique Merz, Ph.D
Dominique is an entrepreneur, a private investor with the Tech Coast Angels of California and the co-founder of the Band of Angels Switzerland. Dominique serves as a director on several boards of public and private companies in the US and Canada. He also is as trustee of the International Center for Economic Growth in San Francisco. Dominique gained broad experience in auditing at Roche Pharmaceuticals, in marketing at Volkswagen AG and in finance at leading Private Banks in Europe. He received a bachelor in law, a MBA, a doctorate in economics with high honors from the University of Basel, Switzerland and he conducted post-doctoral research at UC Berkeley with grants from the National Science Foundation.

H. DuBose Montgomery
DuBose was a founder of Menlo Ventures in 1976, and has been an active director in many of the Firm's portfolio companies over the past 29 years.

At Menlo, DuBose focuses on investments in leading companies in the information technology sector. His recent investments and board seats include: Akonix, Aquest, Branders.com, Entone, Firetide, freightquote.com, VBrick Systems, VNUS Medical Technologies (VNUS), and Tentoe, Inc. His prior investments include: Asyst Technologies (ASYT); EndoVascular Technologies, acquired by Guidant Corp. (GDT); Frame Technology Corporation, acquired by Adobe Systems (ADBE); Gilead Sciences (GILD); Infoseek Corporation, acquired by the Walt Disney Co. (DIG); LSI Logic Corporation (LSI); Micro Therapeutics (MTIX); Network Equipment Technologies (NWK); and Valid Logic Systems, acquired by Cadence Design Systems (CDN).

DuBose is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S. in Electrical Engineering, M.S. in Electrical Engineering, B.S. in Management Science) and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration (M.B.A.). He previously served as a trustee of the Corporation of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and on the M.I.T. visiting committees for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and for Sponsored Research.
