Rick Martin, President and Chief Executive Officer
Rick's 30 year track record of success in the retail market includes launching the Compaq Presario brand into consumer retail channels, where he developed the consumer line which became a $100 million business in its first year. In addition to his success at Compaq, Rick also held key executive roles with BusinessLand, Gap Inc. and Sears. He recently served as Chairman of Positive Communications, a nationwide wireless messaging company where he guided the company to record revenue growth and profitability. Under his guidance, Positive Communications transformed into a diversified $50M wireless messaging company with more than 300,000 subscribers, and dozens of high profile consumer-facing business clients.
Dennis Marshall, Vice President Marketing and Product Management
With a distinguished 23-year career, Dennis brings proven experience in creating and marketing consumer-facing software. Marshall served as the Director of Venture Development for Adobe Systems, investing in early stage internet and software startups. Earlier at Adobe, Marshall was Director of Consumer Products responsible for worldwide product line management, business development, marketing programs, OEM distribution, and partnerships including Eastman Kodak, Intel, and Sony.
Prior to Adobe, Dennis spent 8 years at Claris - Apple Computer's software arm, where he held various Director-level positions in product management and business development. Dennis holds 2 patents for software design and has been a frequent public speaker for the technology industry.
Steve Dunn, Chief Financial Officer
As Tentoe's Chief Financial Officer, Steve brings over 30 years of accomplishments in high growth businesses taking a senior executive role in finance and general management.
Prior to joining Tentoe, Steve was in charge of finance and administration in the Pacific Region for Carlson Marketing, the largest marketing services firm in the U.S.
As Controller for Discovery Toys, a leading provider of educational products for children, Steve oversaw growth from $25 million to over $100 million and earned Discover Toys a place on Inc. magazine's fastest growing private companies list. He has also held financial positions at United Vintners and Trans Ocean Leasing.

Steve has an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in accounting from the University of San Francisco.
Cameron Lorentz, Vice President, Sales
Cameron's professional background makes him an ideal addition to Tentoe. He most recently served as Vice President, Sales at two start-up companies, Netcontinuum and Digital Fountain, where he established formalized sales organizations and standards. At Netcontinuum, Cameron's efforts grew the company’s customer base from three to over 60 in less than two years.
Prior to those experiences, Cameron was Vice President of Sales at Speedera, a content delivery network purchased by Akamai in 2005. Cameron tripled Speedera’s revenue in just 16 months. At Resonate, an Internet infrastructure software firm, he took the company from virtually zero annual revenues to more than $20 million in three years. Resonate issued a successful IPO in 2000.
In addition to his small company experience, Cameron served in a number of representative and management roles at IBM, Lucent, and SynOptics/Bay Networks.
Cameron holds a B.A. in Business Economics from U.C./Santa Barbara and has completed coursework for an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Executive Program. He also is a graduate of Outward Bound’s Leadership Development Program.
Ming Lee, Vice President, Engineering
Ming comes to Tentoe with over 11 years of industrial/commercial software design and development experience. Ming has been Project Lead/Manager and Chief Architect on projects for Fortune 500 companies like Eaton, Sprint, Siemens and Ford, as well as for smaller companies. Ming has proven ability in assembling software teams and guiding them in the construction of sophisticated applications using J2EE and .NET architectures on both Microsoft Windows and UNIX platforms. He received his Masters of Science in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University and was awarded two US patents over the past years.
